Tallebudgera is the perfect family beach day. The creek running out to the sea, Burleigh Hill on one side, the pines on the other, and that translucent turquoise water all around. Theres kids lined up jumping off the bridge, the paddle boarders, the dog beach, Neptune’s Cafe, and a little wedding couple tucked into the cove.
I wanted to capture all of it in one painting. The dolphins in the channel, a whale out past the point, a kombi crossing the bridge, and someone who’s found the creek wave.
It's a find-the-things and there is a LOT to find!
