❁ TURNAROUND TIMES
Print orders are made to order, please allow up to three weeks for your order to be made and posted.
For originals, please allow up to two weeks while your piece is varnished and if you selected framing, to be framed.
⋒ RETURNS
Prints: As all prints are made to order unfortunately they are not able to be returned for a change of mind. If a print is damaged in transit, please send an email via the online contact form within seven days. Please record photos of the damaged packaging and print. If eligible for a refund or replacement, a return paid label will be posted for you to send the item back in its original packaging and a refund or replacement processed.
Original Art: Original paintings are not able to be returned for a change of mind. If a painting or its frame is damaged in transit, please send an email via the online contact form within seven days. Please record photos of the damaged packaging, painting and/or frame. If eligible for a refund or replacement, a return paid label will be posted for you to send the item back in its original packaging and a refund or replacement processed.
♥︎ OVERSEAS ORDERS
For overseas orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Smaller originals and prints (up to 20x16”) will be posted flat/as a stretched canvas. Larger originals will be posted un-stretched, professionally packaged, and rolled in a protective postage tube. This is the safest way to ship your artwork ensuring it’s not damaged in transit. You will require to have your art re-stretched on arrival.
Any shipping or duties charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
❁ POST OPTIONS
Free standard post is included on all orders within Australia, via Australia Post. You will be sent tracking once your order is dispatched. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, this option can be selected at checkout. Selecting express post doesn’t change turnaround/dispatch times, please see above for approximate timeframes. If you require an order urgently, make sure to reach out and we’ll see what we can do!
⋒ FRAMING
Prints: Prints have been made to sizes that are easily found in most homewares stores and online. Print sizes are listed in A series paper size, centimetres and inches. If you are after a print in a different size, this is available for a small setup cost.

Original Art: I’m so happy to offer custom artisan framing on all original artworks shipped within Australia. Handmade by a local framer here in the hills of Byron, using beautiful sustainably sourced Tassie Oak.
